Who's hot, who's not? GOAL ranks all 30 teams across Major League Soccer
Matchday 10 was a chaotic weekend of unexpected results.
FC Dallas scored three unanswered in the final 30 minutes of their match against Inter Miami to defeat the Herons, ending their unbeaten start to the MLS campaign. Without Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, Sergio Busquets or Jordi Alba in the XI, they fell apart.
Among the best in the East, though, FC Cincinnati continued their fine form with yet another victory as Kevin Denkey's brace led them to a big win over Sporting Kansas City. Charlotte FC, meanwhile, were blanked and stunned by the New England Revolution on the road as star forward Wilfried Zaha ranted on social media about the match after.
Atlanta United's woes continued as well, with the league's most high-profile spenders losing their third-straight game. They're not the only ones struggling, though.
The LA Galaxy's winless campaign continued, as the reigning champs were handily beaten by Phil Neville's Portland Timbers. Gregg Berhalter's Chicago Fire conceded SEVEN goals to Nashville SC on Saturday, too.
In the Western Conference, the Vancouver Whitecaps battered Minnesota United in a clash between the top-3 in the conference, with the Canadian side really impressing to begin the season. Real Salt Lake impressed in a big victory over San Diego FC, as Diego Luna net a brace to lead the club to three points.

Imagn30CF Montreal
Prior Ranking: 30
Result: Lost to RBNY 1-0
Ramifications: Another week, another loss. Goalless in three-straight, there's little to zero idea of what to do in the club right now.
Advertisement29Los Angeles Galaxy
Prior Ranking: 29
Result: Lost 4-2 to the Portland Timbers
Ramifications: Ten-straight without a win for the reigning champions. Marco Reus and Christian Ramirez both got on the scoresheet in a two-minute span, but it was more of a brief spur of belief, rather than them playing a good game. There were spurts of brilliance, especially with the pace of Joseph Paintsil on the flank, but nothing was, or is, really working.
LA might be in their own head at this point. It's becoming bleak.
28Atlanta United
Prior Ranking: 28
Result: Lost to Orlando City 3-0
Ramifications: It's a record on repeat at this point. Two-straight 3-0 losses, winless in three games, zero goals scored in three games – it's just not good enough. New manager Ronny Deila unexpectedly looks out of his depth on the touchline, while Atlanta seemingly cannot figure out how to orchestrate their attack or maintain a defensive shape. Not having Emmanuel Latte-Lath available definitely did not help, but this was a weekend where it looked as if nobody knew what to do.
Ten games into the season, over $30M spent, and you're out of ideas? Whew.
27San Jose Earthquakes
Prior Ranking: 23
Result: Lost to Columbus 2-1
Ramifications: Overall, a good performance from SJ against a talented Crew side. Josef Martinez played fantastic, and is now up to six goals and one assist in eight starts this season after signing for the Earthquakes as a free agent in the offseason. However, the Crew just outclassed them over the course of 90 minutes.
Now three-straight losses for Bruce Arena's men, who need to try and figure out their next steps to return to contention in the West.
